Ultimate Competitor Course
Ready to become the best version of yourself?
As most tennis players know, tennis is an extremely mental sport once a player is technically solid and has developed their shot tolerance. In all levels of competition, tennis is 80% mental and there is a lot of “behind the scenes” work a player must put in to develop confidence in their mental abilities.
We have put together a complete mental guide titled “Requirements for Becoming the Ultimate Competitor.” Within this guide, a player will find all the tools necessary for building their mental strength. Each of the 21 modules, presents information on a required trait along with personal examples from Keivon’s playing career, examples from his on-court coaching of students, key points, self-reflective exercises, and mini-quizzes for the player to complete. It is recommended for the player to have a notebook handy and be taking notes as the session takes place. This is meant to be a player’s guide so they should study these often to get a competitive edge over other players.
These requirements are understood, accepted, and practiced vigorously by the best players in the world. “I’ve played against several top 100 players including Medvedev, Tsitsipas, Norrie, De Minaur…and all of these guys demonstrate these requirements which is why they are some of the best competitors in the sport.” If a player aspires to play professionally, or even in college, it is highly recommended that they learn these requirements and implement and practice this mindset consistently.
The way we teach our Ultimate Competitor’s guide is either through zoom calls, phone calls, or in person meetings 1-2 times a week. The zoom calls and in person meetings tend to be the most beneficial due to face-to-face conversations.
